I don’t like to restrict myself when creating, which may or may not be a good thing. I create what makes me happy and hope that it will make someone else happy too.
I have been a creator from an early age. I taught myself to draw by copying prints and engravings from old books. I learnt how to make jewellery through trial and error. It’s difficult to think of an artform that I haven’t tried - my latest being doll-making and bookbinding. Life is short and we need to enjoy it – do the things you love and it will show in the things you create.
