DELIVERY and Returns
Delivery
All orders are posted within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed. All orders are sent through Royal Mail tracked and signed-for and special delivery services only, both within the UK and overseas.
UK: 1 -2 Business days
WORLD: 7 -14 Business days
*Please note that during Holliday seasons deliveries are likely to take longer.
Tarrifs and Customs
All orders made within the USA will include a 10% tariff fee, this fee will be calculated automatically at checkout and will be included in the postage cost, you do not need to worry about paying this yourself directly.
If your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you may have to pay customs, VAT charges and/or a handling fee. We are not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
EU customers
It is with a heavy heart to say that we are currently unable to ship to any EU country, including Northern Ireland. In 2024 new EU laws safety laws were passed which have made it extremely difficult and costly for small businesses like ours to sell to countries within the European Union, unfortunately at this time it is not possible for us to sell to EU countries, however we are hopeful this may change.
If you live within the EU and would like to buy from us, you could have you order shipped to friends or family in a country outside of the EU so they can pass on to you.
Cancelations and returns.
Buyers should inform us immediately via email if they wish to cancel their order, this helps save our time and your money.
You have up to 14 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return your order, we are not responsible for return postage costs on cancelled orders.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s.)
Returns of faulty items.
Unless damaged or faulty, items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order are non-refundable.
If your item develops a fault within 6 months of receipt please contact us, depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement.
We are not responsible for items damaged through the natural processes of usage and wear.
Lost items.
If the item is lost in transit then, unless proven otherwise, please contact us via email for refund or possible replacement.
